I’ve literally ordered from TNSB probably 10 times with ZERO issues. I’ve also grown out SLH, Northern Lights, Blueberry, Canuk Cookies, and Green Crack from Canuk. Almost always great growers, always a good smoke.
Hold off on the nutes if you just transplanted into 7gal. You’re probably set for another 2-3 weeks yet. They will let you know when they need it, even then start at 1/4 strength.
Personally I would stick with the one light for veg, throw the second on when you flip to flower. I’m not familiar with the light but 250w actual should be fine to get you most of the way through veg.

Oh man you guys are brave! I’ve brought mine out a few times but just during the day, maybe leave it out tonight. She’s just a baby though.
On a side note both of those plants are going to be growing through the fence by July lol. Start training now.
Another Southern Ontario grower here. I’m running a couple Afghan Kush plants this year, should finish with plenty of time. I have my timer set up to daylight hours right now, seedlings are only a week old.
Been bringing them outside for a few hours a night after work this week to harden them...
