The occasional seed you find in a bud, if grown, will not exhibit the same qualities as the bud it came from. It will almost always hermaphrodite a few weeks about halfway through, rendering the buds a weak mix of familiar cannabis littered with lots of half developed seeds.

It looks like you're using LEDs. That's pretty much the crux of it. They aren't going to get those plants producing much bud material, they just don't have the punch for it. Yellowing of leaves happens in the later stages of flowering, so that's not abnormal to see.

The point of testing water PH is to adjust it as needed before you water the plant, so do it while it's clean and still in the bucket.

You don't want to give them nitrogen now, that's something you want to work into them during veg. If you look at the nitrogen levels in most bloom nutrients, it's usually 0, or close to it. It will make your buds really dark green and give them a shitty taste. You should be able to ride it out...

You want to keep as much leaf on the plant as possible, but since you're using led lights, you'll only get buds on the upper canopy, so don't cut those off.

I"m guessing that you're still in veg cycle and not budding the plant? If so, this is not a deficiency of any kind. What everybody is ignoring is the sickly puke green color of your leaves towards the stem. This suggests repeated over watering. Which is a hard thing to recover from.

How hot are you getting exactly? About the only thing you can do is hook up an AC unit to your incoming air flow. There isn't much room in a 4x4 tent to begin with, you also want to make sure you plants are staying a good 12 inches from the light, not easy to do when you're growing...
