does anybody know where to find rye berries, other than just a "whole food store"

I'm already about a month into my pf tek with brown rice flour and all that, but i just bought a pressure cooker and am hoping that someone could give me a good method that involves grains and all that. thanks!

4 of my 5 jars are showing signs of germination! just for future knowledge does that mean i should add more or less water? or are there a bunch of reasons for it taking longer than expected?

does anyone know if this might have been too long, or am i just stressin too much?

i steam sterilized it for about 80 minutes im mainly worried that i might have dried it out

and is it possible to 'oversterilize' the jars/vermiculite/brown rice powder?

o god! well thanks for letting me know, somewhere else i read said you should start panicking after 2 weeks

i ment germinating...

its been over 5 days now and there is basically no signs of germination in my jars is this a bad thing, or might it take over 5 days to do it?

humidity is about 60% and when i checked them they already grew up and shriveled, i guess they couldnt take the heat but everythings good now

maybe its cause the soil im using was stored outside? thats what ill go with...
