Well I usually have them outside in direct sunlight it's just right now it's gonna rain outside

I have 2 seedling by the window and the window is open is that enough light ? I only have them inside right now cause it's gonna rain and I don't want the baby's to die .

I'm only using it for night time only cause I have it out side during the day in direct sunlight I move it around to make sure it gets direct sunlight

I just use the lights for night time to expand their "daytime" cause I move it around during the day to get direct sunlight

I have 2 seedling with 13w lighting on inside a cabinet my tv stand has can this catch fire or should I turn it off at night i'm a first time grower .

Yeah a CFL and it says 2700k how many watts would I need for the next stage of it's life?

How much lighting would I need, like how many cfl watts to grow 2 plants? and I would only want them to be 1ft - 2 . First grow.

I don't want it that big.
