Got me too. Paid to same person via website instructions 10.20.21, sent me a 'Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item' notice 10.21, but never delivered it to the usps. Asked about it, told me it was mailed but there's a problem with usps. Then got the surprise one week vacation notice...

Pretty sure these 3 are all owned by the same people; Neptune Nucleus Platinum All 3 have identical websites set up, identical terms and conditions, faq's etc. Probably own more that I haven't seen. Wanted to find another Tiki vendor but they're dropped at these 3 who are all the same company.
