Why are the tips of my leaves turning purple and getting droopy? Never seen this before.

For those of you in soil, have you guys had fucked up first leaves, water ph is fine nutes are fine but the leaves are fucked, bad genetics maybe or just the seed? One seed grew just fine the other 4 look like deformed garbage.

7 bulb t5 fixture for veg and 2 600w hps for flower. And your plants do just fine? How much do you feed them in each stage, maybe I should just keep it simple and not add all the other additives.
