Yay!! Informed delivery is showing my card and my caregivers card are coming today! Applied online 1/29 April 9, received letter I was missing a form. I emailed that day and resolved it. Total wait time 85 days, including the hiccup. Hope all of you get your cards soon and find relief!

Congratulations to everyone getting their cards and thank you to those posting updates! I’m wondering if anyone sent in applications adding a caregiver, cards come together? I wonder if that may take additional time? Thanks in advance! :)

I submitted everything online myself. I just hope for everyone to get their card soon. :)

Hi Kvondi73! Hope you’re doing alright over there. I called today, real nice guy answered within minutes. (217-524-4210) He said all my paperwork was received, correct, in the system and that I’m “still waiting to be processed.” One day closer!

I also filed all of my paperwork online a few weeks before you, and paid through the site. My payments was accepted within 2 days as well. Looks like we wait it out now.:) I hope you get relief soon!
