Man,go down to home depot and get a 42watt cfl "cool white" kind (normally in a blue package)
U can def. let them break the surface of the soil with 18 watter,but as soon as they do put the 42watter in there.Its the least u can do for 3 plants.If they make it u can get multi socket adapters and...
P.S. i got mine at radio shack for $14 ea.
Dont forget exhuast as much as u intake.
And if u go the battery powered route with the fans,and the battery craps out and the fan dies so will ur plants probably too.So i personal i dont think thats worth the risk

just do computer fans dude.Dont forget to check the box the fans come in,on the back it will say there voltage rating.Look for one that say 120VAC on the back.This way u can just wire it to a normal house plug,otherwise if the voltage is different ull need a DC converter to lower the voltage...

Well it really doesnt look good today:cry: The plants still have yellowing on they'er leaves.All of them have theyer leaves curling down,and they have a crisspy feeling in the leaves.
I think it was soil i planted them in.It was seedling soil and it really doesnt seem to retian water.So outta...
Anyways back to the real problem at hand.Why are y plants yellow around the tips of the leaves?
It can be so many things: under watering,over watering,heat,to much lite,temps. to high.Wrong selection of soil.I really dont know rite now :(
