i have a g13 haze plant that I put into flower at 9 inches. 4 weeks into flower it is 18 inches tall and still slowing growing as the buds develop, and that is using cfls, so it probably could go bigger. But that is at least 2x it's size since it was first put into 12/12

shoild be fine, just don't pack it down tight, so roots are able to move and get situated. Does the bag say if it is fertilized?

Also, don't forget that the monetary cost of powering a bunch of incandescent bulbs is going to end up being far more than the inital cost of a pack of CFL's.
