they are ak48 of nirvana and Hudsonvalley how much light u think i should add? instead of HID or HPS how many cfls you think would make it enough? And do you think it would massively make difference in grow speed?

Hey! This is kinda my first grow and i m wondering how do they look. Im using 24/0 cycle and 23Wx2 and one 60W CFL. ventilation and temperature/humidity is good The little one is 1.5weeks old and other one is 3 weeks old (reason of slow growth is my mistakes but it seems to be fixed now)...

I dont mean cutting completely just trimming from their tips. Would they grow back to normal again? or if they do would it be slow
