LSTing is good too. I had a plant that would have ended up over 9 feet, and with LSTing it I kept it under my fence line.

The top node, you separate the emerging top leaves from the growth tip and pinch off the growth tip, and after it heals it will grow 2 tips in the place you topped. Go on youtube and search topping cannabis and supercropping cannabis, you'll find a lot of good videos and if you still need help...

I transplant when i start to get roots wrapping around inside the pot. You want to transplant as few times as possible as it shocks the plant (IMHO).

Also look for caterpillars/worms. They love MJ leaves! Also, don't know how tall your fences are/noisy neighbors, but you might want to think about topping and supercroping your girl!

You want run off. You want to make sure that the soil is throughly wet. Make sure your using soil with good drainage too!

For indoor I usually top at 4 nodes. But, I re-top again another 2-3 nodes later. Make sure your vegging another 2-4 weeks after topping. Outdoor, I top at 3 nodes and then every 2 nodes or so. Trying to get more of a bush than a tree! Don't need 10 feet trees for everybody to see!
