Thanks for the tips. I'd try the option of transplanting them into new medium, but i don't want to damage the roots during that process. :/ So hopefully just flushing them will work. Unless there is an step by step procedure to ensure transplanting to new soil without harming the root...

Thanks for all the suggestions! I have flushed the plants, but i haven't tried flushing with the epsom salt yet. I'll let them dry a little more then use the epsom salt. As for the nutes, I haven't added any, it's just what came already in the miracle grow medium. :/ Which i have flushed...

My temp is around 80 degrees. The stretching doesn't cause harm does it? (I actually had to bury the stems once already.) I haven't added anything to the mg mix either. So I probably need more lights?? Also, the lights have been on for 24 hours since the plants started... too much light...
