Trust me - those are nowhere near 60X. I have a few of them and they are good for checking trichs but do not believe the print on them. they are more like 25X and someone in chinese marketing is trying to make them look better than what they are.

What they possibly meant is that total cannabinoids content is at 28% which is nothing unusual. How much of it is THC I don't know but i doubt there is 28% pure thc in it.
