I'm using pura vida, but I haven't got a bloom under my belt yet, so I'm not sure of it's effectiveness - anyone used this before?

Papaya and mango are the same strain - Nirvana just switched the name - is what I have heard anyway.

Your papaya is stretching? I have some papaya growing with some gorgeous node spacing...an inch or so apart all the way up the stock. How far away are your lights? I used a cool white, plant/aquarium combo to veg, so i was able to keep the light super close. I think that helped.

Can you effectively take the bottom foliage off if the plant has been flowering for a month already? I notice i am unimpressed with the looks of the vey bottom, and don't think they will be of use.

You can wait until your plant has been vegging for about two months, and the hairs should show - putting it on a 12/12 is just going to add time to the grow. About a month or so extra.

Fluorescants are great for vegging, I've heard warm white tubes are ok for flowering, but it takes longer. I recommend them for vegging because I've found the node spacing very desirable.

I have white powder all over my vegging mango strain - my temp is between 73 - 83 f, and humidity is rarely over 50%, gets to 55% after a watering. how did this happen?
