    These are both switchable lights and ive ran one with a hps bulb and the other with mh bulb during flowering and have found I get a better yield without the added blue . As far as the pictures I think it would help if I used a better camera :)

    Miracle gro has a seed starting mix it works great for starting seeds . You want to start in small cups like the little styrofoam cups and then as they grow plant to a larger pot .

    If it came in a bag and it doesnt already have holes in it make pencil sized holes and run water till it comes out clear .
