I am not agree with you ! you can cut them and let the bud and small leafs to get more light rather than keeping the useless leafs.You will get a better result by cutting those leavs that block the light. Try and see how it works

I already use CANNA with Hps + MH + Flour(UVB and UVA cfl bulb) with a DWC but the problem here is I designed my own DWC and Its Aero+DWC and definetly give me a better result . If you dont mind about this, I can join to this nut challenge .

Dude...its not that much hard...just connect your wire to blue and black wires..this device desnt have earth so you dont need to be worry about the 3 rd wire.

Yes..You will stress your plant . I think this method take longer than normal . Just start with 16-8 and then slightly decrese the light ...14-10 12-12 10-14 and finaly to force your plant to maxime the THC 8-16 (8 dark) ... I use this method and I get up to 15% more VS 12-12 light

I agree with GOTOT ... it is not exactly 12 ! even you can force your plant to flower with 8/16 and then put the light back on12/12 or 14/10 for higher yield .14/10 will take longer ... if you dont care about the time,Do it . I usually use 24/0 for clones and 16/8 - 14/10 - 12/12 - 10/8 - 8/16...
