Does burnt white hairs affect bud growth?

That's what it looks like it's doing. I'm still giving it Buddha grow long with the bloom, hp2, and trinity catalyst. Should I and add more of the grow when I feed next? I wonder about the ph of my water too. Last night I checked my water and it's at 7.3. Is that too high for outdoor soil?

It started at the bottom with larger fan leaves and now it's working it's way up the plants rapidly turning yellow and losing leaves. Roots organic soil with roots Buddha ferts master feeding schedule. Buds look healthy so far but fan leaves are turning more and more yellow with purple lines on...

Ya I have this strain. I've looked everywhere online for info with no luck. Plant is growing really well since I've put it the ground! Worried tho about dark purple stem. I don't know if it's phosphorus deficient or if it's just the strain. Growing alot faster than my other 3 plants
