    Stem Rot?

My feed was around 450ppm did a side by side sterile and bennies grow. Sterile did better, beautiful roots but sterile was hurt by the stalk rot faster. Had to kill these plants before I wasted too much time on them Thank you, I think this is basically what happened, as in at least a very...

    Stem Rot?

pH is steady 5.8 don't have to adjust much between fills and if I do it's only ever ph down. My water is a little higher than necessary, around 12gal in a 20gal tote with 2x6" net pots. Leafs have gotten bronze spots randomly and seemed to recover from a defoliation & fimming. But older...

    Stem Rot?

I have 4 plants, 2 sterile n 2 with bennies in top fed dwc w air stones n temps below 75. Closer to 65 now. Their stems are all developing this kind of brown stringy surface, for some reason I thought it was just trying to make roots higher up (high ass:eyesmoke:) I have been spraying them with...

Lack of Oxygen or Nutrient Excess on seedling?

I was under the impression full flowering plants could stand up to 1800 PPM. Whoops. At least looking at my botanicare KIND nutes, the ppm would be at least 1500 if I followed the charts recommended ml/gal during flower. I'll try to err closer to the side of deficiency in the future, but right...

Lack of Oxygen or Nutrient Excess on seedling?

Hello all, I've recently begun my first grow, a DWC/bubbleponics setup, 4 plants in 2 20gal totes. I'd made a post about this grow already as I was having big temperature worries. Babies seem to be happy keeping them below 85, & giving a small amount of silica ( i have been keeping track of...

    Heat Stunting Babies?

I realized this after I posted. How dumb of me, wasting nutes. Didn't consider how Hydrogaurd worked. Sterile seems safer to me. But if done right, beneficial bacteria seem to be the ultimate way to grow. I'm likely going to stick to sterile unless I can get my Rez temps way down.

    Heat Stunting Babies?

I've always been infatuated with hydroponics&DWC, but I definitely see coco as a great middle ground. Better taste, less potential problems with the ease of soil but control of hydro. My light is around 30" from the plants. Been having daytime start at 8pm so i dont have to fight the temperature...

    Heat Stunting Babies?

My buckets are not filled all the way just enough for the solution to pump to roots, as i figured roots were too small to be completely submerged in solution already. Haven't seen any roots poke out from the bottom yet. On my first flush I think I'll re fill it to just below the pot. I have...

    Heat Stunting Babies?

Hello all, Ive been around weed for as long as I can remember but this is my first grow fully by myself, and my first time posting on this site I learned a lot about growing on this site 5 or 6 years ago, but when i finally went at it recently, i was surprised that i'd retained no information...
