i think it's fucked... my roots are brownish and stink and my leaves are burnt to hell

due to a careless baby sitter my girls were grossly over nuted. my leaves all curled up and the tips have spotted burns. i poured out all the solution and replaced with water. is there anything i can do to help them recover? i also changed my light cycle from 18-6 to 24 hours.
