You should get a ph tester, even the cheap strips are much better then guessing. I've never used OT, so I can't say how much it buffers, but I do use Botanicar Pure Blend, also organic, and it knocks ph down as low as 4.2 when first added! You're soil will also buffer, but it's best to know...
