Thank you all for the tons of helpful information. I guess my post was kind of misleading. I understood what watts kelvins and lumens were. What I didn't understand was that by some people I was being told omg you are not consuming enough watts..ie 185 watts is not enough to grow good bud...

Can you tell me how to build with strips and exactly what are strips?

The first thing I would do is try using clones. Humidity levels are very crucial as well as temp and lighting. In order to get a good answer to your question I would need to know temps, humidity levels etc
