OK my first year growing a plant outdoors in Phoenix bought a feminized seed blue mystic planted March 11 in a 1 1/2 gallon pot now it is only a foot high and it has buds growing I know I should have planted in a small container and then replanted to a bigger pot but too late now ...suggestions...

any strains to stay away from for AZ outdoor growing? what strains have been successful?

I am in Chandler and wanted to start last month but had no seeds but could I start a plant now?
