I use 1/4 strength. but then i only use clones so the plants are used to nutes. Then after 2 weeks i go to 1/2 then a week later i go to full strength.

The seed is gonna crack by it's self....Then a little white thing is gonna start coming out"root". once the root comes out and you think its ready. stick it into the rockwool. but remember the pointy part where the root is sticking out goes...
