Most of those are indoor strains, which is ok, but for your climate you would want to go with a strain more capable of growing in the northern climates.
Early girl and biddy early are strains that come to mind for outdoor growing, also consider warlock and exile although these two are more pricey.
I've got the sagarmatha matanuska, so I'll get to find out what its like.
I've spent time talking to Tony from sagarmatha about the strain and he assures me that it has had no interference from sagarmatha.

Early girl from sensi seeds, hardy plant and finishes reasonably early to stop it getting into a time of year when its just too cold but its a strong hardy plant too.
