The Lights are 2700k. is that good or bad? I don't have a fan yet but the I keep the closet and the room door open and let the air circulate. is that ok for now?

OK so I started this setup about a week and a half ago and I need to know if I got everything setup right. I'm growing six plants, I just put six CFL's 23 watts, 1,600 lumens each. I doing the 18/6 lighting and I water them once a day. I am starting them on all purpose plant food that's 24-8-16...

Thanks for the Feedback. I got a couple of 23watt 1600 lumen bulbs. I setup two. Should I put 2 more or is this fine? any other advise??
