Hello, new grower here. Been waiting patiently for my plants to show gender and I switched to 12/12 about a week ago. Is this the first sign it’s a female?

Hello fellow growers. This is my first grow and it’s from the bag so I’m not sure if the plants I have are male or female. They are about 15 weeks old, I just switched to 12/12 today. I need some help identifying the preflowers, are these them and are they female? They look female to me but idk...
