I was looking at the same products on ebay for quite some time. But as I was told it comes down to lumens and leds just dont produce enough for our light loving babies. Dont quote me but I wouldnt waste my money unless I was growing some herbs or other veges.

I was just looking in the DIY section and found some great sources for diy co2. the most eye catching is a 2 litre bottle with water sugar and yeast. Effective home brew co2. look in there and you might find one that works for you.

Yeah but even with a small area the are cool tubes and I have seen water cooled tubes. that the the heat from the lights is exhausted out while the room air can stay inside.

ok this is just an idea I have been toying with myself. If your into brewing alcohole try brewing it in or next to your grow room as the gas given off by the brewing process is co2. dunno if its viable just an idea

I prefer the KISS stratagy! I get 100% success rate with a 1 inch rockwool cube and a heat tray. if my seeds crack they grow.. Its just a fair bit after that I started to have problems. hehe Glad it worked for ya.

The first step should be do your research. I would think a book like Integral Hydroponics is a great start. Are you growing them under lights. What strain are they.

I agree with Ace. just like us going to the gym a fan on your plants will slightly tear the fibres in the stalk resulting in the plant repairing itself and building extra stalk to strengthen itself just like our muscles.

l wish i could help but me thinking that would be a bad move. are you growing in soil or what. wouldnt have a clue mate but also interested to find out the verdict!

I am using cocoa with perlite mix. I am using kickstart nutrients and have only been watering them every few days as I am getting decent run off into my waste collection. I know I should probably be using another nut by now but cant really afford it will this matter too much?

is it just me or are your seedlings reaching for light? My missus tried growing some in our bathroom and they werent getting enough light so they stretched right out and fell over.

Its not as stupid as it sounds! My old man used to piss on our Lemon tree out the back of our house. Urine is very acidic so Lemons love it as for pot plants I cant comment but would think it would be to acidic for them.
