I dont know if NEW grower is exactly the word. Ive attempted once before, and got caught but they were not doing well anyway. I have made my grow room ideal... walls painted white, completly sealed and locked up. Im using 5 standard 24 watt florecent lights for 10 plants. About 5 of my plants...
