My plant has been about 4 weeks into flowering maybe alittle longer. I have the hairs all over it and they have started to turn red how they should but the plant isnt really making buds. I know this stage takes time but is there anything i can do to help it along?

I got another plant also, same age and on 12/12. Anyone know what sex this is? or too early to tell...?

My plant is 10 weeks old. Ive been putting the lights on 12 and 12 for alittle over a week. Ive noticed new growth on the plant but cant tell the sex of it. Help me out.
