I live in a northern climate so its far too late to plant outside but I have been growing a plant in a 16oz red cup sitting on a window sill for six weeks. At my latitude there is less then 11 hours of sunlight right now and by thanksgiving it will be around 9. As an experienced grower I know...
dude harvest right now your ready to go. For comparisons sake I have been flowering a Chem Dawg since February 20th and it has also been painstakingly slow to mature. I'm actually forced to chop it tonight because i'm moving outta my place in a week. She is by my estimate a week early or so...
Yup I'm a huge Megadeth fan, Dave Mustaine is one of my idols. I also love the duck tape for my grows. I use 12 CFLs so i need to get them in hard to reach places.
looks nice man. good job for your first grow. Do you know any specific genetics or is it just bagseed. Looks sativa dominant to me. Keep it up in 6-8 weeks or so you'll be reaping the rewards of your hard work.
Yes its unfortunate that i have to chop potentially a bit early but I don't have a choice. I'm going to Montana on a geologic expedition for my major and I need to bring everything with me. It's either chop Saturday and let the buds dry for a week before jarring them up to cure and bring along...
Thanks for the reply, It is a sativa dominant strain with a flowering time suggested of 9-10 weeks. Your eyes served correctly about half the hairs are amber/brown. I'm planning on chopping this friday or saturday but i'll be more then happy to chop earlier if the consensus goes that way. Here's...
Here is my Chem Dawg plant at week 9 of flower. She should be finishing up soon, I was able to get some pics through the microscope of the trichomes. Let me know how much more time it looks like she'll need because I need to have her cut in one week before I move out.
Sorry to hear about your troubles Marlowe. Another Midwest grower here, from the fertile soils of Iowa.
Heres some shots of my chemdawg. The picture with two plants has the Chemdawg on the left and a bagseed sativa on the right. All pictures are from last week. Should be finishing em' up...
I have been flowering numerous plants indoors throughout this winter, one of my plants though was in a very small container and wayyyyy under maintained. She only had 2 sets of fan leaves and one pathetic looking flower.
Long story short about 3 weeks ago I transplanted her into a larger pot...
looks good man, for a space that small you have done a great job. Those lights you adding should really make a big difference. She's going to start growing and flowering real quickly, and your going to be noticing daily changes the next couple of weeks. Keep of the good work I look forward to...
