How do you over feed in soil?

Using 4 tsp in liter bottle with water and for watering.

So I recently started using Fox Farm for fertilizer, and my plants, one of them, on the first set of leaves, one of the leaves are brown and yellowish. Another plant, the vine spirals around once, and then stands up or leans against the cup. Any suggestions? I have been spraying jalapeno juice...

Miracle Gro Organic. Any ideas where I can find natural rich soil? I live near a creek and woods.

So dumb question, but are there any ways to create a fertilizer from home, using compost or foods?

I do outdoor because I have a 40 W lamp, and I know its HELLA weak, so I use the sun. Sorry I'm not very financially stable enough to buy a real light, but any suggestions? No asinine comments please.
