when should the preflowers appear? I've been vegging a plant for a month and a half and the stigmas are definitely showing. Is this too early? i was aware that you had to move to 12/12 light and red spec, to show preflowers? any tips can help here thanks.

Alright so im growing two plants, i have 4 6500k CFls, and 2 2700k Cfls. Is it good to mix these during the veg state? i know to use 2700k when flowering but how bout the veg state? any tips are appreciated.
