Did you give yours 12/12 since I'm 2 weeks into flowering and there is very little signs of pistils

I am 2 weeks into 12/12 with Utopia Haze and the only sign of flowering is one hair at a node. Did you find this? Am I being impatient since it has a long flowering time or is something wrong?

My meter always reads the soil as 7, & the water, anything in fact. I got it from Heat Miser ltd. Do I have to SOAK the soil to get an accurate reading. Can anyone recommend an electronic meter that works?
