Wait till next year bro. If you plant now, plant will want to flower before it is mature enough. You will get nothing.

Do not use molasses unless you are runnig a hydro set up. FLushing should be the final two weeks (also exclusively hydro). I recommend flushing w molasses the last two weeks. Any more molasses than that is overkill. Again, all of this is in a hydro set up. This is not applicable to soil...

Start the flush. Your plant can last a really long time without any additional nutes. If you want to fluff it up a bit (though your plant looks mighty fine) add a teaspoon of molasses to your resevoir the last week or so and leave your plant in total darkness for the 48-72 hrs before harvest.

Use a razor and cut diagonally. Don't lower the light onto the lower buds immediately. Wait about 24 hrs for the plant to adjust.

Funny lookin' plant. Did you use side lighting? Harvest it. Next time, use a bigger pot.

The top of your plant will mature faster than the bottom. If you want, you can harvest the top of the plant and then lower your light onto the bottom for a second harvest. This holds true for many species of plants, not just cannabis

Get off the nitrogen trip. Once plants go into flowering they will naturally shed their fan leaves. This process will continue until harvest. By the time you harvest there should only be a few fan leaves left at the top of the plant.

Nice work. How did you get all the colas (sp?) so fat? Was it some trimming method you used earlier on?

THose plants haven't started sexing yet. Are those two photos two different plants or the same one?

I had the same situation. Had a fem WW go hermie and have used only one of the seeds. Sure enough, it's a girl!!
