yes it is possible to clone with just water and it's also possible to clone a flowering plant but it's gonna take along time to root and go back into Veg cycle again...

I don't use canna coco but i'm almost positive that you have over fertilized JUST A BIT.....just some of the ends of some of the leafs are yellowish white.....

exhausting more air OUT the room should keep the Humidity lower...just more air circulation in general...
