Dont do it. Paypal carrys one hell of a paper trail. Just remember what you had to give paypal to make an account. And a site that accepts paypal i wouldn't think is legit, People can do chargebacks on paypal in a heartbeat so their less likely to want to use paypal.

If you want to get specific, hemp will not get you high. So they may be selling you seeds to grow hemp, not real weed. Just something to think about.
