hmm.. instead of scratching the husk, i squeeze the seed until it cracks open after 12 hours of it sinking in the shot glass and transferring it to paper towels. i got higher germination rates that way

i do believe they'd fare better in organic solutions. aren't they the ones who convert the organic stuff so that the plants would be able to take them? if they're synthetic (no more converting blablabla), the plants would be able to uptake the stuff?
what i grew were freebies from herbies and from my friend's GSC bagseed.
actually as far as i know, there are already hybrids being bred here locally and for sale. it's pretty hard to find though

afaik, it would cause the fan leaves to canoe (curl upwards). as for the buds, high temps would make it more airy cause of the heat.
as for the fluctuations, i can't really chyme in on that since it's constantly warm (25-30c) here
why don't you start small then scale up? throwing 7000 away instantly does not guarantee "great quality and high yields"
