OK, another questions..... I have some autoflowering feminzed seeds and I would like to know if I should put them right under hps 400w bulb or do I use a 400w mh bulb first? I have them under cfls right now and they are about 1 week old. So if I use the MH bulb how long til I switch to the hps bulb?

How do I get rid of them and where did they come from? This is my first grow and I used new potting soil

I think i have dumb seeds. It looks like the root has pushed UP thru the rockwool. There is a white stem popping up and when I take a quick peek under the rockwool the seed is still where I put it. Has anyelse had this happen and if so is there anyway to fix it?
