It might be an issue if you were running that much in a one bedroom apartment where usage levels would be out of character for the area. If you have a garage there are many things that can excuse a ton of usage.
I have received official quotes from almost all and they are no where near the least expensive. Just email the MMPR and request a list of authorized labs. They will get back to you within a couple days.
Doesn't make any sense. In the MMPR regulations themselves health Canada states a certified off site lab is permitted to do the testing. Health Canada even provided me with a list of labs across canada.
There has to be another reason they were denied.
