im using 5 regular energy star light bulbs that put out 60 watts each, the soil im using is miracle grow moisture control but im not using any chemicals to help it grow im just using regular tap water (ill put up some pics when i get home from work)

im 20 and i give my plant 12 hours on and 12 hours off

im new at growing and i have a couple ?s to who ever has answers to them. i have a plant that i have been growing in my room since late october 2009 and it just started showing signs of female buds 2-3 months ago and i still have not seen full nugs yet what should i do? also the plants leaves...
