bump, I have a similar situation and am looking for some ideas

Alright my plants are still just as droopy as before. I lowered the temperature signigicantly, and I gave them water because it really looked like underwatering. I dont understand what the problem is. It cant be nute burn, i watered them and they are still just as droopy so i guess it isnt...

What would someone recommend as a good strategy for when and how much to water? Does it just depend on your conditions and waiting until the soil is dry a few inches deep to water?

I guess I was too paranoid about overwatering again. I will try to get them on a good schedule again and hope they recover.

what is nice loose neutral substrate loke coco? I was thinking the same thing, the soil seems a bit thick, especially after the flush. Here is a pic of my bigger and healthier one, the stem is nice and thick but the leaves are not looking too good.

Would cutting the bad leaves help?

It almost seems like they are still getting nutrient burned even after the flush
