i juse germinated 3 northen lights how long will they take to flower under a 300w dual spectrum cfl ligh?????? and a red dwarf???

but mate its growing again my really nice leaves but that just started to turn up and go a bit brown but dont worrie i ave plenty in the shed lol

i grew a plant out side for about 4month in hot period then i put in on to a 12/12 cyle and got a bit of bud from it then i put it bak outside to veg again now the leaves are starting to curl and go brown wat do i need??????
