hey i started to grow when my freind gave me 2 clones,now i want to start from scratch. Once the seeds have been germinated how far in should i put them in the soil?and should i give them light and water?[if so how much?]

:confused:Hey guys i have heard that they get to a certain time you can put the lamps closer for a while to make the flowers think/act like if its summer then move them away to make them think/act as if it was fall to make the Bud grow out or something like that. Does anyone know the right way...
