Dude first off if you're in the seedling stage you dont even need your hps light on it yet. not for another 2 to 3 months for them to mature. switch the light bulb or use a shop light. that is wayyyy less heat and that will eliminate ur heat problem. plus if you have your seedlings in the hps...
