man...evreybody keeps saying 20 pounds is too much for a first time guerilla grow...its dissapointing, how much should i expect...i mean, iv alredy started bulking up my Mothers to get as many clones as possible...im only gonna transplant in like 4 months

What u just did is actually perfect... this way the hot air from the bulb is constantly pushed out... but putting a simple glass just underneat your light, your cab will probably be room temp all the time... Mesure your dimension and get a glass picture frame the same mesurments... walmart...

Also...in my experience, painting the walls flat white will reflect as good as mylar, but be able to reduce heat by 2 to 4 degres also...
