How much nutrients goes into 2 gallons in veggie & flowering cycles. I may need someones recipes for nutrients

The white spots are water spots. Roommate thought it was a good idea to water the top part of the plant with the same water that has nutrients. That should explain the white stuff. The nutrients are GH Flora series, floragro 2-1-6, floramicro 5-0-1 & florabloom 0-5-4. Im thinking of changing...

It's yellowing, with brown lining. I think it may have to do with the nutrients.
