I wouldnt worry about it sometimes purpling comes from a dip in temperatures possibly when the lights are off.

If it's for flowering I would go with the mg bloom booster just at 1/8 strength, then 1/4, and so on. Just dont start out at full strength. You could probably use the 15-30-15 also. During flowering you want a low first number then high middle number and then low last number. For vegging you...

Also if it is CFL it would be optimal to have a 5000k or 6500k for vegging and the lower K like the one you have for flower, but it is a good idea to mix the spectrum.

Yes you can but try to maximize the lights as best as possible ie. mylar,horiontal bulbs, you get the idea but as for your question yes you can grow succesfully with those.

As close to the light as possible is the best like 1-2 inches if not burning is the best. Good luck on the grow.

13 inch by 9 inch?? that is very small but if that is it then yeah you could use that for one plant but the more the better. More lights=more buds. I guess for such a small space it would be ok.

I would do 18/6 as it gives the plants time to rest so to speak...Some people swear by 24/7 but in my experience it is not natural for 24/7 unless you are in antarctica and no weed there..
