Well not much activity today, gave a slight spray of PH 5.8 water to the surface of the coco as the tops dry quite fast due to the 400w.
No sign of the Snow Ryders neither, hopefully they should start popping out before tomorrow evening.

All the snow ryders were at the bottom of there shot glasses this morning so I transfered them into there 4.5 ltr pots.
Also added 1/8th strength feed to the water and watered them.
Ph in is at 5.9 and Ec is at 0,6
Have I calibrated this correctly ?

Ok started to mix up the perlite with the coco this morning, mixing around 30%
Also the postman delivered the 10 x Snow Ryder from sensi seeds no freebies though :(, just a fridge magnet :)
Will start the gemination process this afternoon...

Just transfered the afghan seedlings to 4.5 litre pots of coco, there final resting place.
All runoff is collected in a container below and will hopefully rise the humidity.

Height of the afghans is now 4cm, I hope there not strecthing, what do you think ??
Temps light cycle are still the same..

The 4 afghans have finally sprouted and are now sitting happily under the 400w PhillipsPhilips 400 W HPIT MH.
The Lamp is set to 20/4.
I am watering them with a spray bottle (ph 5.9 tap water).

Still waiting for the SnowRyders to arrive in the post so rather than waste time I have decided to get going with the Pure Afghan
Yesterday I started the germination process on the 4 Pure Afghan seed. I placed them in shooter glasses filled with tap water @PH 5.9 and left...

Medium - Coco Substrate
Feed - Hani Coco Products, will be feeding by hand
Air Flow - Carbon Filter hooked up to extractor on top of the tent...
Excellent journal mate, just starting out with my Snow Ryders too, 10 in a 120cm x 120cm x 200cm each seed in a 4.5 litre pot, 400w sylvania grolux and gonna be using this feed plan 3 times a week
