i have one big problem... i think it's mold and the plant will be dead in a two weeks or so :-( what should i do? harvest few buds that are good or am i done?

i think i have some bud mold since i done some research :( what do i do i that case? just trip the top from big bud or the whole thing? also i'm using biobizz top max every 3rd day (1ml with 1 liter) (does this help or make it worse?)
