Ok my seedlings are about 7 days old, this I'd an indoor growing keep my room temp at about 80 and moisture at 50%. I am running a 1000w mh bulb. Ok but I have already put the sand on there? Is that ok? Can I water them with the sand on there? Will it hurt the plants if the sand sinks into the soil when I water them?

I got gnats in my grow room this is my first grow and I put sand on top of my soil. How long do I leave the sand on there? And can I water them while the sand is on there? Thanks!:leaf:

Ok I got the sand and I am going to let them dry out before watering again. Also got some sticky tape. Thanks for the info!
